Shipping 

For US & Canada orders, please allow at least 1-2 business days for order processing and verification. After order processing your items will ship based on the shipping times below. We send tracking information as soon as your order is processed. Holiday orders must be placed by 12/18 to be received before Christmas.

Shipping Times

USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 Business Days 

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days

UPS Ground: 1-5 Business Days

Shipping is free for US orders over $125. The price for shipping for orders under $125 is dependent on package weight (generally ranges from $3-10). 

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back by following the return instructions.

To protect our customers, Buzzoms is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and Buzzoms will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. However, you can schedule a pick up at a USPS/DHL location or reschedule a delivery date via the USPS/DHL websites.

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Pre-Orders

What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

Returns & Cancellations
All items can be returned if they meet our Return Policy requirement. Cancellations are permitted for pre-orders.

Combined Orders
We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in-stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

Payment Methods
Your credit card will be charged the full amount and orders will be shipped in a timely manner. Please keep all order details handy and please contact hello@buzzoms.com if you have any issues.
